EVOX is equipped with the new generation of independent TANZI INTELLIFLOW metering units. This patented system allows us to operate the seeder in 8 independent sections for curve compensation and automatic sectional cut-off to prevent overlapping.

Each metering unit is driven by a maintenance-free electric motor. This allows us to precisely control the metering roller, making calibration adjustments intuitively from the seed controller screen or using prescription maps.
2KG/HA OF RAPESEED? 500KG/HA OF UREA? IT'S POSSIBLE. THE VERSATILITY IS UNMATCHED.
The INTELLIFLOW metering unit has more than 6 different types of metering rollers that allow you to apply very low doses for rapeseed, pasture, or microgranulated fertilizer application. Logically, it can also work with more standard doses for sowing wheat or other types of seeds, and when it is time to reach the other extreme of extremely high fertilizer doses, the larger volume metering roller will allow you to easily exceed doses of up to 500 kg/ha. It sounds almost ridiculous, doesn't it?
QUICK AND EASY ADJUSTMENTS
The INTELLIFLOW metering system simplifies the operator's task at all times. It is possible to change the metering roller even with the machine loaded with inputs. Simply insert the closing guillotine to stop the flow of inputs and, using your hands, without tools, remove the cartridge containing the metering roller to install a different one.
TANZI FCS FLOW CHANGE SYSTEM
The patented TANZI FCS “Flow Change System” allows you to select the desired input delivery channel simply by using your thumb. This way you can apply, for example, seed and fertilizer through the same route or separately.

We know that fields are not regular in shape and, during sowing, overlapping always occurs with double application of inputs in areas that have already been seeded. The amount of overlap varies depending on the irregularity of the field and the working width of the seeder. The more irregular the field and the wider the seeder, the greater the overlap.
That overlap can typically range from 2% to 15% in the case of an extremely irregular field with plant populations. For this example, let us take an average field with 7% overlap:
